The Buddha said, when you meet, you face it, and when you walk through it, you let go

Has always been a very stubborn disposition, light and not disturbed by the outside world, like to lay a plain paper, hold a quiet pen, write some quiet words, even if the red dust is noisy, you can also put your heart at ease in the elf-like words.

However, if there is a dust that pierces your heart like an arrow, and makes your blood flow in pain, can you still write your words indifferently and sincerely? Unless you're a saint, I certainly aren't.

The Buddha said, when you meet, you face it, and when you walk through it, you let go

The Buddha said: When you meet, you face it.

When you meet, it is the dust that cannot be avoided, and people are afraid of the word "fate" only fear. If you have a fate in this life, you will become a slave to this fate, no matter whether you flee to the ends of the earth, it is just a look back, you are still you, the fate is still the fate, you will eventually belong to the fate, whether you are willing or unwilling.

Therefore, when you meet, just come closer, see where the fate comes from, look at where the fate will return, think about the reason for the origin, don't think about it alone, when the fate is gone, that is what you want to do useless, you just need to grasp the present, as long as you learn to face, it is enough, face it calmly, no matter what you will face, meet, is your fate, you can't choose, you can only face.

The Buddha also said: When you have walked through, you will let go.

Buddhas are always the Holy Spirit, and thinking is always beyond human beings. However, it is still very difficult for me to walk when the Buddha said to go, and it is even more difficult to let go of what the Buddha said. The things of the world are not just the things you want to walk through.

The Buddha said, when you meet, you face it, and when you walk through it, you let go

Just like your fate, you met, of course, because you can't dodge, you have to face it calmly, but if you really want to let go, it takes a lot of twists and turns.

The world is so chaotic, it is not something you can let go of if you want to. The Zen saying is: No rain or flowers fall, no wind and fly by yourself.

In fact, there are some things that you think about in vain, and do in vain, since they already exist, there is a reason for existence, even if you can't put it down, it is in vain, whether you put it down or not.

The Buddha said, when you meet, you face it, and when you walk through it, you let go

What you can't let go of is the dust, and what you are tired of is your heart, so why do you have to look endlessly at the facts that cannot be changed in front of you and think about those superfluous troubles? Therefore, I still like this sentence: when I meet, I face it, and when I walk through it, I let it go.
