Kunming, 22 Jan (Xinhua) -- On 22 January, the third plenary meeting of the fifth session of the Twelfth Yunnan Provincial Committee was held, and Zhao Jin, Cheng Lianyuan, and Li Xuelin were elected as vice chairmen of the Twelfth Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Zhao Jin, male, Yi ethnicity, born in May 1962, on-the-job doctoral candidate, member of the Communist Party of China, currently vice chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, member of the party group. He has successively served as deputy secretary general of the Chuxiong Prefecture CPC Committee of Yunnan Province, deputy director of the Cadre Department of the Propaganda Department of the Yunnan Provincial CPC Committee, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Yunnan Provincial CPC Committee, secretary and president of the Party Committee of Yunnan Daily Newspaper Group, secretary of the Dehong Prefecture CPC Committee of Yunnan Province, member of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department.

Cheng Lianyuan, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1961, is a doctoral candidate, a member of the Communist Party of China, an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee, vice chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and a member of the party group. He has successively served as deputy general manager of Beijing Erqing Co., Ltd., general manager and secretary of the party committee of Beijing Snowflake Electric Appliance Group, director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industrial Promotion, deputy secretary and acting mayor of Chaoyang District Committee of Beijing Municipality, deputy secretary and mayor of Chaoyang District Committee of Beijing Municipality, secretary of Chaoyang District Committee of Beijing Municipality, member of the Standing Committee of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, secretary of Kunming Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Central Yunnan New District.

Li Xuelin, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1966, on-the-job doctor, member of Jiusan Society, vice chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, president of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Jiusan Society, chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee.

At the meeting, Shen Qiong (female), Zhu Hongchun, Zhu Dangzhu, Li Jinsong (Bai), Yang Hao (female, Bai), Lu Ping, Miao Youfa (Tibetan), Pang Jun, Zhao Xiaoming (Yi), Xia Xueshan, Guo Guangping (female), Tan Yayuan and 12 others were elected as standing members of the 12th Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
