Social forces play the strongest sound of Lu-Yu cooperation

Since 2021, the Shandong Provincial Cooperation Chongqing Cadre Management Group has conscientiously implemented the requirements of the 16th and 17th joint meetings of Shandong and Chongqing's East-West Cooperation, coordinated the joint efforts of the civil affairs, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Disabled Persons' Federation, the Women's Federation and other departments of the two provinces and cities to innovate and carry out the "Seven Major Support Actions", and encouraged and guided industry associations, social organizations, and various enterprises to actively participate in the east-west cooperation. The cumulative donation of 110 million yuan has effectively promoted the consolidation of poverty alleviation and comprehensive rural revitalization in 14 cooperation areas and counties in Chongqing.

Industry association pairing support action. The civil affairs departments of the two places have extensively launched planning, improved the mutual visit mechanism, consulted and put forward a list of assistance needs, organized more than 40 provincial and municipal industry associations, and focused on agricultural development, consumption assistance, cultural and tourism exchanges, association management and other themes to carry out pairing and co-construction to achieve win-win development.

Charitable organizations provide precise assistance actions. Shandong has organized a total of 11 charitable organizations to donate more than 8 million yuan to Chongqing cooperatively. Linyi City and Lanling County Charity Federation donated 800,000 yuan for chengkou county medical and health assistance and poor students, especially after learning that some townships in Chengkou county suffered from torrential rains and floods, the first time issued an initiative to urgently raise 2.1 million yuan worth of urgent relief materials to help the disaster victims tide over the difficulties.

Social workers organize collaborative support actions. The Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong Province issued the "Implementation Plan for Supporting Luyu Social Worker Organizations to Participate in Social Service Projects", mobilizing and guiding 9 Shandong social work institutions to implement 9 assistance projects in the four state-level rural revitalization key counties of Youyang, Chengkou, Wuxi and Pengshui, benefiting more than 3,000 people in need. The cooperation and support work has achieved remarkable results and has been unanimously praised by local governments, grass-roots cadres and service targets.

"Qilu private enterprise Bayu line" action. The Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce has extensively gathered the strength of private entrepreneurs, built bridges and paved roads for Lu-Chongqing cooperation, organized the "Qilu Private Enterprise Bayu Trip" action in 21 districts and counties such as Shizhu, Fengdu and Pengshui in Chongqing, and signed 22 investment projects with a total planned investment of 22 billion yuan. Yantai Sanjia fans, Geyou Agriculture, Cheng Guo Agriculture and other 6 enterprises settled in Wushan County, driving more than 200 poverty-alleviated households to employment.

"Lu Shang in Action" Love Education Assistance Action. The Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce focused on the shortcomings of collaborative education, and actively mobilized Shandong entrepreneurs to donate funds and materials, which fully demonstrated the great love and social responsibility of "HouDao lu businessmen". Just more than 700 schools in 11 cooperation zones and counties donated 15 million yuan of school supplies, benefiting 74,000 students.

Care and support actions for the disabled. The Disabled Persons' Federation of the two places has taken the barrier-free renovation project for the families of the severely disabled as the top priority of the help and cooperation, and has invested more than 6 million yuan in assistance funds to carry out barrier-free transformation for more than 1,600 families with disabilities, which has greatly improved the quality of life. In Wuxi County, the "New Hope" cerebral palsy children rescue project was launched, and 50 children with cerebral palsy were given free robotic brain stereotactic surgery.

Women's Development Support Initiative. The women's federations of the two places have strengthened communication and close cooperation, and contributed to helping Chongqing consolidate the achievements in poverty alleviation and comprehensive rural revitalization. For the first time, a special training course for leaders in Luyu Cooperation in Rural Revitalization and Prosperity was held, about 200 people participated in the training, the activities of helping farmers were carried out, and 1.2 million yuan of consumption assistance was realized, the Liaocheng Women's Federation donated 30,000 yuan to help the Pengshui County Women's Federation build a children's mental health consultation room, and the Yantai, Tai'an, Rizhao and other municipal women's federations donated 350,000 yuan of various epidemic prevention and living materials to the cooperation areas and counties.
