The Fujian Minhou Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province held the second executive expansion meeting of the second session
On the afternoon of January 17, the second executive expansion meeting of the second session of the Guangdong Fujian Minhou Chamber of Commerce was held at the Guangdong Minhou Guild Hall in Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou, attended by President Wu Wenhou, Supervisor Huang Ting, Executive Chairman and Secretary General Lin Taiwen, Executive Chairman Lin Zixiang, Executive Vice President and Minister of Women Lin Yanyu, Executive Vice President Li Qi, Vice President Chen Guangshou, Wu Xinyan, Gao Yanying, Lin Qiaohua, Huang Peng, and Hong Yangqing. The participating leaders seriously discussed the issues such as the special issue of the first commemorative session of the Chamber of Commerce and the 2022 work plan of the Chamber of Commerce, and the minutes of the meeting are as follows:
1. The leaders of the meeting suggested that the first commemorative special issue of the Chamber of Commerce should increase the Future Prospects of the Chamber of Commerce and the elements of the Association;
2. In view of the continuous recurrence of the "new crown pneumonia" epidemic situation, in order to ensure the safety of all members and guests, the leaders attending the meeting suggested that the opening ceremony and membership meeting of the Chamber of Commerce should not be held before the Spring Festival this year, and the specific time of the meeting should be determined according to the epidemic prevention and control situation. The Chamber of Commerce intends to send a New Year gift package to all members years ago, wishing everyone a happy new year in advance, so that the majority of members in a foreign country can deeply feel the concern of the leaders of the Chamber of Commerce and the warmth brought to them by the Chamber of Commerce family;
3. The participating leaders unanimously agreed that the party building work should be added to the charter of the Chamber of Commerce and the standard of collecting membership fees should be rectified to level four according to the requirements of the Social Organization Administration;
4. The participating leaders unanimously agreed on the 2022 work plan of the Chamber of Commerce:
1. Continue to hold various important meetings to make the work of the Chamber of Commerce orderly,
2. Continue to do a good job in visiting member enterprises and further enhance the cohesion of the Chamber of Commerce;
3. Continue to strengthen the work of the liaison stations of the Chamber of Commerce, so that the liaison stations become the bridges for the Chamber of Commerce to contact the majority of members;
4. Organize activities such as March 8th Festival, July 1st Founding Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day and other activities to enhance the vitality of the Chamber of Commerce and improve the social influence and popularity of the Chamber of Commerce;
5. Organize members to go out to study and investigate, further deepen the understanding and feelings among members, and feel the great changes in the country since the reform and opening up;
6. Further strengthen the work of external friendship, broaden the vision of the leaders of the Chamber of Commerce, and better do a good job in the work of the Chamber of Commerce;
V. The leaders attending the meeting unanimously agreed that due to the epidemic situation, the inauguration ceremony of the second chamber of commerce supervisors will not be held.
At the meeting, Executive President and Secretary General Lin Taiwen informed the leaders that on December 3, 2021, Vice President Lin Qiaohua donated 14,500 yuan to Ms. Liu Lifang of Minhou County in the name of the Chamber of Commerce, of which President Wu Wenhou donated 5,000 yuan, Chairman Huang Ting donated 3,000 yuan, Executive President and Secretary General Lin Taiwen donated 2,000 yuan, Vice President Lin Qiaohua donated 3,000 yuan, Vice President Huang Peng donated 1,000 yuan, and member Song Hengguang donated 500 yuan.
