Zhongmu County Market Supervision Bureau investigated the import of cold chain food from large and medium-sized supermarkets

Recently, the Zhongmu County Market Supervision Bureau carried out the inspection of cold chain food imported by large and medium-sized supermarkets in the county, and went all out to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. In this operation, the Zhongmu County Market Supervision Bureau set up a special inspection class, and a total of 20 business backbones were divided into four inspection teams and a mobile group to conduct an all-round inspection of large and medium-sized supermarkets involving cold chain food in the county.
This investigation is mainly divided into three aspects: first, check the implementation of the epidemic prevention and control system such as the inspection of the purchase of goods in supermarkets, the demand for evidence and tickets, nucleic acid testing, unpacking and disinfection, special area storage, closed-loop management, traceability inspection, outsourcing elimination, and abandoned disposal; the second is to focus on screening whether the cargo certificate is consistent, whether the first certificate is multi-purpose, whether the number of batches corresponds, etc.; the third is to check whether there is any violation of laws and regulations such as not reporting to the destination market supervision department in accordance with regulations, and whether there are forged and fabricated "three certificates and one code" certification documents.
Up to now, a total of 62 merchants in the county's 29 large and medium-sized supermarkets and 33 Dennis chain stores have been inspected on the spot, and a "Notice of Order Correction" has been issued to ensure that the cold chain food business in our county meets the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the supervision of imported cold chain food, and build a solid safety defense line for epidemic prevention and control.
