Taxpayers who file monthly or quarterly declarations will have the tax filing deadline in January 2022 temporarily extended to January 25, 2022; if they need to apply for an extension of declaration in accordance with the law due to the impact of the epidemic, they can log on to the Henan Electronic Taxation Bureau to handle relevant procedures.
Taxpayers who have been designated as medium-risk or high-risk areas due to the epidemic, as well as those who have made late declarations or submitted materials late due to the impact of prevention and control measures such as medical isolation and regional closure, are exempt from administrative penalties, and the records related to penalties are not included in the tax credit evaluation. Taxpayers affected by the epidemic who have not made tax declarations during the January declaration period and who are automatically identified as irregular households by the tax collection and management system in February can explain the situation to the competent tax authorities and report to the provincial tax bureau for handling by the competent tax authorities.
