Liu Haiquan was elected director of the Anhui Provincial Supervision Commission

On the afternoon of January 20, the Fifth Session of the 13th Provincial People's Congress elected Liu Haiquan as the director of the Anhui Provincial Supervision Commission.

　　Liu Haiquan, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1964, Zhucheng, Shandong, began working in July 1987, joined the Communist Party of China in November 1994. Graduated from the Department of Industrial Economics, Chinese Min University, majoring in industrial economics, with a postgraduate degree and a doctorate degree in economics.

　　He has successively served as the director of the Comprehensive Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the deputy director of the Regulation and Control Policy Division, the director of the Analysis and Forecasting Division, the director of the Comprehensive Division of the Performance Appraisal Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the director of the Operation Monitoring Division of the Planning and Finance Department of the Ministry of Commerce.

　　In May 2004, he was appointed Deputy Director General of the Department of Planning and Finance of the Ministry of Commerce

　　In May 2006, he was appointed Deputy Director General of the General Department of the Ministry of Commerce

　　In October 2008, he was appointed Director General of the General Department of the Ministry of Commerce (during which time, from June 2011 to September 2012, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor)

　　In June 2015, he was appointed As assistant minister of commerce and member of the party group

　　In June 2016, he was appointed head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the Supreme People's Court and a member of the party group of the Supreme People's Court

　　In June 2018, he was appointed as the head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the Supreme People's Court, and a member of the party group of the Supreme People's Court

　　In October 2021, the central government approved: Comrade Liu Haiquan was appointed as a member of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee and the secretary of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission.

　　In November 2021, he was appointed deputy director of the Anhui Provincial Supervision Commission and acting as the director of the Anhui Provincial Supervision Commission.

　　He is currently a member of the 19th Central Discipline Inspection Commission, a member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission.
