According to Fujian Daily, on January 20, 2022, the 31st session of the Standing Committee of the 13th Fujian Provincial People's Congress was closed. The meeting voted to approve the relevant personnel matters.
Due to the needs of work, it was decided to appoint Lin Wenbin as vice governor of fujian provincial people's government; Dismiss Lin Ruiliang from his post as Secretary-General of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, appoint Wu Nanxiang as Secretary-General of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, and dismiss him from his post as Director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce; Fu Chaoyang was relieved of his post as director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and Xu Birui was appointed as the director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment.
Jin Yinqiang was appointed vice president, member of the adjudication committee, and adjudicator of the Fujian Provincial High People's Court, and acting as president of the Fujian Provincial High People's Court.
Approved the appointment of Fu Jianfei as chief procurator of the Fuzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Wu Jinxi as chief procurator of the Xiamen Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Jiang Li as chief procurator of the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Zheng Longsong as chief procurator of the Quanzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Chen Yu as chief procurator of the Sanming Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Xu Zhipeng as chief procurator of the Putian Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Ruan Haiying as chief procurator of the Nanping Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Li Hang as chief procurator of the Longyan Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Chen Lianghua as chief procurator of the Ningde Municipal People's Procuratorate; Approved the appointment of Wang Hua as chief procurator of the Pingtan County People's Procuratorate.
The meeting also voted to approve the report of the Qualification Examination Committee of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth Fujian Provincial People's Congress on the qualifications of individual deputies. After the change in the qualifications of individual deputies to the Provincial People's Congress, there are 561 deputies to the 13th People's Congress of Fujian Province.
