Villagers in Xifan Gezhuang Village, Yukou Town, Pinggu District, received dividends

On January 19, to the delight of the villagers in Xifan, each household received a dividend.

It is understood that in April 2012, Beijing Pinggu Chia Tai three million layer chicken breeding demonstration project, in Yukou Town Xifan Gezhuang Village officially completed and put into production, Pinggu District and Chia Tai Group to create a "four-in-one" huinong, linong, Xingnong model, support the development of Pinggu, the people to increase income.

In this model, farmers lease land, set up green Square Circle Cooperative, Chia Tai Group set up Beijing Chia Tai Egg Industry Co., Ltd., Pinggu District Government set up Gucai State-owned Assets Management Company, Chia Tai Egg Industry and Gucai State-owned Assets Management Company jointly established Guda Agricultural Investment and Financing Platform, the project capital accounted for 30% of the total investment amount, Beijing Chia Tai Egg Industry Co., Ltd. and Gucai State-owned Assets Management Company each contributed 50% of the capital, and the remaining 70% of the investment amount was loaned to the bank. The Pinggu District Government provides policy support to banks to provide full discounts. Beijing Chia Tai Egg Industry Co., Ltd. leased the project base to the Guda Agricultural Financing Investment Platform and operated and managed it. Every year, Beijing Chia Tai Egg Industry Co., Ltd. pays rent to the Guda Investment and Financing Platform, which repays part of the rent to the bank loan, and the rest pays the land rent to the local farmers and dividends to the farmers. The project has led to nearly 1,000 farming households, and farmers have obtained rent through land leasing, and the rent has increased by 5% per year.

Driven by leading enterprises with high scientific and technological content, traditional agriculture has been upgraded to modern agriculture, so that villagers have seen the hope of increasing their income and becoming rich.
