The Three Eyes of Ma Wang ye (folk tale)

Legend has it that Ma Wangye was the god who managed mules and horses. When Jiang Ziya was sealed as a god, when he looked around, everyone had two eyes, except for a donkey-faced bull body, but there was one more eye on the top of his head. He asked, "What are your specialties?"

Answer: "Crooked!"

The crookedness in the northern population is evil. Jiang Ziya saw that this guy was full of abominations and murderous spirits, and it was expected that it would not be appropriate to manage people, so he sealed a horse prince.

Ma Wang was not convinced: "It is God who has sealed everyone, so why should I be crowned a grandfather?"

Jiang Ziya said, "Judging by your performance, if you can subdue the animals, you can ascend to god."

So this guy played the malignancy of his third eye, holding an iron whip, and pulled it down, only to see all the animals, all obedient, at the mercy of the tug, the tug of the tug, the cart of the horse, the pull of the pull. The third eye above Ma Wangye's head, like the current surveillance, can see who is lazy and who is playing adultery at any time. There were a few who were free and scattered, and they were repeatedly punished by Ma Wangye. The cow is the most resentful, he is slow by nature, but he has strength, and works with endurance; the sheep are the most pitiful, good by nature, and have no quarrel with the world. They were discovered by Ma Wangye and roared angrily, "I told you to recognize Ma Wangye's three eyes!"

A few whips were drawn, the bull's mouth was clumsy, he couldn't tell too much truth, he didn't admit that he was lazy, and he shouted vigorously: "No--no-"

The sheep was frightened and cried out, "Mom—"

Since then, the cow has been shouting until death: "No (moo)-

The sheep always cries, "Mama."

Don't you know that Ma Wangye finally ascended to God? In the world, the people saw that the cattle were resentful and the sheep were pitiful, but they never recognized that Ma Wangye could become a god. However, when the crooked people, evil people, and black forces under the heavens bully the vulnerable groups, they always like to use ma Wangye's words to make a threat:

"I told you to recognize The Three Eyes of Ma Wangye!"
