Recently, Kunming Public Trading Resources network released the "Guandu District 35 municipal road upgrading project - Yulong Road, Zhongtian Road, Anhe Road, Zijun Road, Yingpo Street, Jinyuan Avenue preliminary design" bidding announcement, the 35 municipal road upgrading project feasibility study report has been approved, planned to start on February 16.
The upgrading and transformation of 35 municipal roads within the scope of Guandu District, with a total investment of 52.6388 million yuan, the scale of the tender is 655,300 yuan.
The construction content includes road engineering, drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, greening engineering, etc.
The above projects are located within the guandu district and are distributed in the following areas:
Yulong Road starts at the intersection of Caiyun North Road, extends the route in a southerly direction, and ends at the intersection of Changhong Road, with a total length of 4.19 kilometers;
Zhongtian Road starts at the intersection of Changhong Road, extends the route in a southerly direction, and ends at the intersection of Yongzhong Road, with a total length of 1.14km;
Anhe Road starts at the intersection of Yunxiu Road, extends the route to the south, and ends at the intersection of Zitai Road, with a total length of 1.14km;
Zijun Road starts at the intersection of Yunxiu Road, extends south of the route, and ends at the intersection of Zitai Road, with a total length of 1.2km;
Yingpo Street starts at the intersection of Caiyun North Road, extends eastward, and ends at the intersection of Kunluo Road, with a total length of 1.56km;
Jinyuan Avenue starts at the intersection of Guangfu Road, extends eastward, and ends at the intersection of Caiyun North Road, with a total length of 2.86km.
According to the work report released at the 17th People's Congress of Guandu District of Kunming City on January 14, Guandu District will actively improve the level of urban management, carry out 49 special rectifications in six aspects, and green 38 urban roads; build and renovate 21 street parks and build 2.8 square kilometers of sponge cities; implement 135 road street lamp supplementary projects to ensure that the lighting rate of main and secondary roads and back streets and alleys reaches 100% and the lighting rate reaches more than 95%.
In addition, in terms of urban renewal, this year, Guandu District will rely on cultural carriers such as the Provincial Museum, Yunnan Wenyuan, and the Provincial Grand Theater to enhance the unique style of Guandu Ancient Town, enhance the characteristic cultural heritage, and boost Kunming's construction of a historical and cultural city.
It will also launch the Kunming cross-border cooperation pilot zone - Taihe • 1903, Dashuying "three old" contiguous development and transformation projects, promote the relocation of Pavilion, Guojia Small Village - Yangfu and other areas, accelerate the implementation of 15 urban village transformation projects such as Yongsheng, speed up the process of projects such as Fude and Wuli areas, and complete and deliver 6,400 sets of relocation and resettlement houses for projects such as the Cultural and Ecological New City; implement the transformation of 115 old residential areas, start construction of 1 million square meters, and strive to complete the "14th Five-Year Plan" planning tasks ahead of schedule by 2023.
In 2022, Guandu District has important deployments in urban reform, schools, medical care, urban supporting facilities and other aspects. The upgrading and transformation of the road will complete the road infrastructure of the exhibition area and the Wujiaba area, and further enhance the livable attributes of the area.
