For nearly a hundred years, The Peninsula has been working to forge every piece into a classic, so the expansion rate is not fast. Today, there are only 8 Peninsula hotels in the world, but they have successfully created a "golden old dream". In 2022, the Peninsula Hotel, which has not had a new work for 8 years, finally set its next stop in London, England.
Scheduled to open at the end of 2022, The Peninsula London is located in the heart of Belgravia, with a design concept based on an Italian Renaissance palace and offering excellent views overlooking Cape Hyde Park and Wellington Arch.
There will be 190 rooms and suites, as well as 25 luxury residences designed to provide an oasis of tranquility for the city. Not only will the hotel showcase the best of British culture, art and food, but it also features a single-storey shopping arcade with nine retail outlets.

Raffles London at The OWO
The UK's first Raffles London at The OWO will take over a very historic building. The building was churchill's base during World War II and the inspiration for Ian Fleming's James Bond series, and it has also appeared several times in the 007 film series.
When turned into a hotel, the original Edwardian Baroque architectural details will be preserved and combined with modern design elements.
The opening of the hotel also marks the building's first opening to the public in more than a century, and the most prestigious room has now been converted into suites, which previously served as offices for influential political and military leaders such as Churchill, with views of the Horse Guard and St. James's Park. The former war office will have 120 rooms and suites, 85 apartments and 11 restaurants and bars after a major renovation.

Rosewood Doha will open this year in the city of Lusail, Doha. It is a $45 billion project that includes four exclusive islands and 19 mixed-use, mixed-use, entertainment and commercial areas. The two striking towers will be the home of Doha's magnificence.
The design concept of the hotel is based on the underwater world, especially the local coral form, and the volume is amazing. With Six Senses entering Singapore, New York and London in recent years, the brand's next stop in the city will be Rome, a treasure trove of artistic, cultural and architectural wonders.
Six Senses Rome's chosen building is located in Piazza San Marcero, the heart of ancient Rome, just a few blocks from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The earliest history of the building dates back to the 15th century. Considering the historicity of the building, the designers cleverly blended contemporary perspectives with classical structures. The central floor will house all 95 rooms and suites, and the large panoramic roof terrace on the highest floor is lush with vegetation and offers 360-degree views of the city of Rome.
The spa and Roman baths will have a tranquil atmosphere and modern design, as well as a range of treatment rooms, a fitness centre and relaxation areas. The restaurant will offer a modern interpretation of Italian flavors, experiences and hospitality, while following a seasonal menu based on natural plants and vegetables harvested in the courtyard garden.

The arrival of Habitas AlUla will fill the gap where there were no Banyan Tree resorts in Saudi Arabia. Overall, the resort will follow six core themes: music, wellness, adventure, culture, learning and cooking. Examples include art and culture walks, canyon trekking, yoga, meditation and local restaurants.
There are 96 rooms, each designed in a traditional Middle Eastern style, with red, white and brown as the main colors and made of ethical materials, seamlessly blending in with the natural environment.
Compared to traditional five-star luxury, Habitas AlUla prefers an immersive experience that seamlessly blends holiday life with a desert environment, and guests who come here can look forward to experiences related to history and culture. After booking online, the hotel will even email a specially curated music playlist. Upon arrival, guests will also receive a wooden bracelet emblazoned with the brand's logo, all detailed to open up a sense of relaxation and immersion.

Janu Montenegro is the first work of Aman's new hotel brand, Janu, who means tranquility in Sanskrit and "soul" in Sanskrit. As a result, compared to the seclusion offered by Aman Hotel Worldwide, Janu turned to providing a lively atmosphere for those who were looking for greater goals spiritually.
The hotel is located east of the Mediterranean Sea, in Montenegro on the sparkling Adriatic coast. There are several vibrant, versatile social spaces, including lounge areas, bars and restaurants. A new "cooking plan" will also be introduced, centered around concepts such as fermentation and cryogenic cooking, with an open kitchen and interactive counter dining area as a backdrop.

Since 1921, the Crown Tower has occupied an important position in the center of Manhattan. From 2022 onwards, it will be transformed into Aman New York, bringing the unique tranquility of Aman to the heart of the Western metropolis.
Created by architect Jean-Michel Gathy, Aman New York celebrates peace and luxury while creating an unworldly concept of seclusion. Of course, the architectural style and rich history of the Crown Tower must also be paid tribute to. andBeyond Grumeti Serengeti River Lodge

Originally built in the 1990s, The Grumeti Serengeti tent camp in Tanzania finally decided it was time for a complete rebuild and renovation after the Grumeti River broke its banks and the hotel was flooded in April 2020. In the future, it will appear here in a new capacity: AndBeyond Grumeti Serengeti River Lodge.
The rebuilt camp will put sustainability first, with a 130 kWh solar system producing 80% renewable energy for camp operation; all hot water systems will also be replaced with new, energy-efficient versions; wastewater from laundry detergent will be reused for other uses; and rainwater will be collected for swimming pools.
The new safari tents and huts have been remodeled to be more modern while retaining some of the rustic style of the original camp. All buildings will be built from locally sourced sustainable hardwood and lightweight steel frames.
The wild scenery of the Serengeti prairie remains the heart of the camp, the spacious deck is perfect for enjoying sunsets overlooking the river, and the camp's edge pool offers new seasonal spotlights for wild hippos, with areas close to the water attracting plenty of wildlife day and night.

The Tokyo EDITION

After blossoming around the world, EDITION Finally unveiled its first work in Tokyo, Japan, last year: The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon. Kengo Kuma's collaboration with Ian Schrager, founder of EDITION and father of boutique hotels, has not waned, and tokyo will welcome its second EDITION hotel in 2022: The Tokyo EDITION, Ginza.
This time, EDITION is in one of tokyo's biggest upscale entertainment and shopping destinations: Chuo Street. A 13-storey, 7,000- square-meter independent building will be built as a hotel building adjacent to Ginza's main shopping mall. The hotel will have a total of about 100 rooms, equipped with meeting space, 3 restaurants, bar, fitness center, swimming pool and spa and parking, and installed security system.
Opening two hotels in Tokyo is actually an important part of the expansion of the EDITION brand in Asia. Prior to this, the brand had only one hotel in Asia, Edition Sanya. But other projects in Xiamen, Wuhan, Shanghai, Bangkok, Singapore and Bali are already closely under preparation.
