The Tang Dynasty poet Li Qunyu (李群玉), also spelled Wenshan, was a native of Lizhou (present-day Hunan). Living in Yuanxiang, Chongshi Qu Song, poetry Yanli, caili Jianjian, was an important poet of the late Tang Dynasty, together with Qi Ji and Hu Zeng was listed as the three poets of Hunan in the Tang Dynasty. He is the author of three volumes of the first collection of poems and five volumes of the last collection, and 263 poems are recorded in the Quan Tang Poems.

Li Qunyu wrote many poems about Jingzhou, and two poems are excerpted here. Its "Night Snow Ji Moon Color Symphony Open Pavilion Linxuan Can't Sleep... Du Zhongcheng, deputy envoy of Jiangling, wrote: "Yuehua Linji Snow, Haocai shoots mink qiu." The cinnamon wine is cold and drunk, and the silver sheng is not frozen. Wai Zha Liang Yuan Guest, Thinking of The Creek Tour. Even the night chanted Qiong Tree, and Chuan Tu hated to obstruct the repair. ”

Li Qunyu's "Yang Shangshu of Chongyang Rishangzhu Palace" wrote: "The chrysanthemum on the side of the hat is half yellow, and the pedestrians are worried about Chongyang. Jingzhou saw Huan Xuanwu and entered the imperial hometown in order to take advantage of the tragic autumn. ”

The "Hat-Dropping Platform" in the second poem has a palm. Huan Wen , also known as Huan Xuanwu ( 桓宣武 ) , was appointed general of Anxi in the first year of Yonghe ( 345 ) , and was the governor of Jingzhou , holding the military forces of Jingsi Yongyi Liangning , and leading the southern barbarian lieutenants , guarding Jingzhou , and controlling the military power of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.

On the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, on the Chongyang Festival, Huan Wen feasted on a high platform at the southern foot of the Eight Ridges Mountain in Jingzhou, and one of them, Meng Jia, joined the army, and his hat was blown off by the wind without noticing. Huan Wen made fun of it, and let another soldier, Sun Sheng, deliberately write poems to amuse himself. And Meng Jia's impromptu answer, talented, very wonderful. Historically, Mengjia dropped his hat as a good story, and the high platform here was called "falling hat platform".

All the literati and inkers who came to Jingzhou were very interested in the allusion of the "falling hat platform". In addition to Li Qunyu's "Yang Shangshu of The Chongyang RishangZhu Palace", Li Bai also wrote "Nine Days of Dragon Mountain Drink": "Nine Days of Dragon Mountain Drink, Yellow Flowers Laugh and Chase." Drunk to see the wind off the hat, dance love moon to stay people. Celebrities such as Zhang Jiuling, Zhang Shuo, and Su Dongpo also have the inscription of "Falling Hat Platform".
