On January 20, the Taiwan Straits Herald reporter Zheng Lijin Zhuhuang correspondent Jiaoxuan recently issued a circular that from January 25, some road traffic organizations in the Hexiang area will be adjusted, and relevant road traffic supporting facilities will be added and replaced.
Gold List Sub-Area
Jinbang Road (Xiamen Helu Junction to Hexiang East Road Junction) is changed from one-way traffic from south to north to two-way traffic; the entrance road of Jinbang Road and Huiwen Road in the east, south and north directions is prohibited for vehicles to turn left; and the entrance road of Jinbang Road and Hexiang East Road is prohibited from turning left in the four directions of the east, west, south and north directions.
Jinbang West 2nd Road and Jinbang West 3rd Road are paired with one-way traffic. Jinbang West 2nd Road implements one-way traffic for motor vehicles from south to north, and prohibits motor vehicles from driving from north to south, and prohibits vehicles from turning left at the south entrance road at the intersection of Jinbang West 2nd Road and Hexiang East Road; Jinbang West 3rd Road implements one-way traffic for motor vehicles from north to south, and prohibits motor vehicles from driving from south to north.
Jinbang West 4th Road and Jinbang West 5th Road are paired with one-way traffic. The eastern section of Jinbang West Fourth Road (Jinbang Junction to Jinbang West Third Road Junction) implements one-way traffic from west to east, prohibiting motor vehicles from east to west, and the western section of Jinbang West Fourth Road (Jinbang West 3rd Road Junction to Houdaixi Junction) is changed from one-way traffic from west to east to two-way traffic; Jinbang West Fifth Road implements one-way traffic from east to west to one-way traffic, and prohibits motor vehicles from west to east.
At the intersection of Hexiang East Road and Jinbang East 3rd Road, vehicles are prohibited from turning left at the entrance road in the east and south directions.
The two passages between Meixin Plaza and Nanyang Building, and between Nanyang Building and Huaxin Mingdu, are one-way from south to north, and motor vehicles are prohibited from driving from north to south.
Within the intersection of Hubin South Road, the middle sub-belt is opened, the demand for left turn of Jinbang Road is opened, and the east entrance road of the intersection of Jinbang Road and Hubin South Road prohibits vehicles from turning left, while the west entrance road prohibits motor vehicles from turning around. At the south entrance of the intersection, a left turn to be transferred area is added, and a red light signal is given to the west entrance in advance, and the left turn traffic flow of Jinbang Road can enter the waiting area to wait for traffic, and the left turn traffic flow is released at the same time as the pedestrians crossing the street.
Kakuhama Sub-district
Elementary School Road (Hubin West Junction to Jiaobin West Junction) is changed from one-way traffic from west to east to two-way traffic, and Elementary School Road (Jiaobin West Junction to Jiaobin Junction) implements one-way traffic from west to east, and motor vehicles are prohibited from driving from east to west. Jiaobin West Road implements one-way traffic for motor vehicles from north to south, and motor vehicles are prohibited from driving from south to north. Elementary School Road, Hubin West Road, Hexiang West Road and Jiaobin West Road form a clockwise microcirculation.
Jiaobin East Road (Jiaobin Road Junction to Jiaobin West Road Junction) implements one-way traffic from east to west for motor vehicles, prohibiting motor vehicles from west to east, and forming a microcirculation with The eastern section of Jiaobin West Road and Elementary School Road.
The Corner Tail Road implements one-way traffic for motor vehicles from west to east, and motor vehicles are prohibited from driving from east to west.
The isolation railing in Sibei Junction Station will be demolished to increase the bus stop area to meet the needs of 4 buses to get on and off at the same time, and to alleviate the queue distance of buses entering the station.
Meihu Lake Area
The east entrance road at the intersection of Meihu Road and Hexiang West is prohibited for motor vehicles to turn around.
Hexiang West Road (Bailuzhou Junction to Meihu Junction) implements the center single solid yellow line, prohibiting vehicles on Meihu East Road from turning left into Hexiang West Road.
At the intersection of Hexiang West Road and Bailuzhou Road, the right turn lane marking line at the west entrance was changed to straight and right, and the queuing area for straight vehicles was increased.
