According to documents issued by China Telecom Group, Ms. Mu Ying, the former deputy general manager of the finance department of China Telecom Group, officially went through retirement, and she has been working in this position for more than ten years and is a senior financial expert.
The operator finance network learned that Mu Ying was born in December 1961 and is just 61 years old this year.
It is reported that Mu Ying graduated from the EMBA of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, has the title of senior accountant, and in his early years served as the deputy director of the Finance Department of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the deputy director of the Finance Department of the General Administration of Posts and Telecommunications of China, the finance department of China Telecom Group Corporation, and the director of the Planning and Finance Department.
Since then, at least in 2008, he has been promoted to deputy general manager of the finance department of China Telecom Group. In 2008, when Tianyi Terminal Company was established, Yang Xiaowei, then deputy general manager of China Telecom, attended the listing ceremony and unveiled it, and Mu Ying, deputy general manager of the Finance Department, attended the ceremony.
It was not until 2018 that Mu Ying began to take a back seat and transfer to the consultant of the group's financial department, when the management of the financial department included general manager Tang Ke, deputy general manager Sun Dawei, Huang Xudan, Yan Hang, Zhou Xianghua, and consultant Mu Ying.
After several years of development, the group's financial department has now changed a lot of changes in the management members, in 2021, the number one is taken over by Zhou Xianghua, and Yan Hang is transferred to the general manager of the group's human resources department, and the other deputy general managers are Sun Dawei, Huang Xudan, Wang Yu and Song Lei, of which Wang Yu was just transferred in 2020, and Song Lei was newly added in 2021.
The finance department of the three major operator groups has always been an important department, and China Telecom has promoted a number of talents from the finance department.
