Company Introduction
Shaanxi Haituo Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haituo Industry), founded in 2007, was officially registered by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. After more than ten years of entrepreneurship and development, it has now become a diversified industrial development company integrating commercial operation and automobile industry development, with a total asset market value of more than 500 million yuan.

History
In 2011, Haituo Industrial invested 200 million yuan, cooperated with the Transportation Bureau and other departments to build Xi'an Chengdong Transportation Hub Station and its affiliated business - Zhongtai Plaza, which is located at the intersection of Fangbei Road and Fangwei Road in Baqiao District, with a total business area of 150,000 square meters, which is a commercial complex integrating catering, entertainment and department stores. Since the construction of the project, it has achieved "urbanization" development for Baqiao District of Xi'an City, solved the employment of landless peasants, provided more entrepreneurship and employment opportunities, and provided more favorable guarantees and support for the transfer of idle social labor in Baqiao District and even the whole city of Xi'an.
The project has also been affirmed by the Baqiao District Committee and District Government, and in June 2015, it was awarded the honorary title of "District-level Civilized Unit" by Baqiao District of Xi'an City, and in December it was awarded the title of "Excellent Enterprise of Civilization Creation in Xi'an City". In 2017 and 2018, he was rated as an A-class taxpayer by the Shaanxi Taxation Bureau for two consecutive years.
Haituo Industrial Investment and Construction of Yuhua Automobile Industrial Park and Gongcheng Second-hand Car Trading Market, covering an area of 130 acres, construction area of 110,000 square meters, is the Shaanxi Provincial Government, Xi'an Municipal Government designated official car auction display site, has successfully completed the display and auction dozens of times, has been widely praised by the market, for the development of Xi'an automobile industry to create a new situation, strong support for the upgrading and development of Xi'an automobile industry.

Public welfare activities
Wang Yifan, on behalf of Haituo Industry, also actively participated in social welfare, and in 2016, he participated in the poverty alleviation work organized by the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, went to Lantian County, Shanguan Town, and Guofeng Village to alleviate poverty, and donated 30,000 yuan;
