On the afternoon of January 19, the third plenary session of the Fifth Session of the 13th Provincial People's Congress adopted the list of chairmen and members of the relevant special committees of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress by electronic voting. Wen Fuheng served as chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of The 13th People's Congress of Hunan Province; Yu Xiong served as chairman of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Hunan Province; and Xiao Diming served as chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Hunan Province.
