On January 19, 2022, Elton Electronics (603328.SH) announced that the thirteenth meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Company's Application for Bank Credit Line in 2022", which needs to be submitted to the shareholders' general meeting for consideration.
