Rolling bearing ------------------------

The performance and use of various types of bearings

The most representative rolling bearings, which are versatile and can withstand radial loads and bi-directional axial loads.

Suitable for high-speed rotation and the requirements of low noise, low vibration occasions with steel plate dust cover or rubber sealing ring of the sealed bearing pre-filled with the appropriate amount of grease, the outer ring with a snap ring or flange bearing, that is, easy axial positioning, but also easy to install in the shell.

The maximum load bearings are the same size as standard bearings, but there is a filling groove in the inner and outer rings, which increases the number of balls and increases the load rating.

Spherical ball bearing ------------------------

Spherical roller bearings are equipped with drum-shaped rollers between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceways.

The center of curvature of the outer ring raceway surface is the same as the center of the bearing, so it has the same carding function as automatic spherical ball bearings.

When the shaft and housing are deflected, the load can be automatically adjusted and the axial load in two directions can be adjusted.

The radial load capacity is large, and it is suitable for heavy loads and shock loads.

Bearings with an inner ring bore that have a tapered bore and can be mounted directly. Or use a set sleeve, a disassembly cylinder to mount on a cylindrical shaft. The cages are made of steel stamped cages, polyamide formed cages and copper alloy turned cages.

Needle roller bearing ------------------------

Solid needle roller bearings

Bearings with an inner ring have the same basic structure as NU type cylindrical roller bearings, but due to the use of needle rollers, the volume can be reduced and can withstand large radial loads Without inner ring bearings, the mounting surface of the shaft with suitable precision and hardness should be used as the raceway surface.

thrust needle roller bearing ------------------------

Thrust needle roller bearings ------------------------

Split bearings consist of raceway rings with needle roller and cage assemblies and can be combined with either a thin raceway ring (W) for stamping or a thick raceway ring (WS) for cutting.

Non-separable bearings are integral bearings consisting of precision-stamped raceway rings and needle roller and cage assemblies. These bearings can accommodate unidirectional axial loads. The small footprint facilitates the compact design of the machine, mostly using only needle roller and cage components, and the mounting surface of the shaft and housing as the raceway surface.

Tapered roller bearing ------------------------

The performance and use of various types of bearings

These bearings are fitted with round table rollers, which are guided by large flanges of the inner ring. The design is such that the vertices of the tapered surfaces of the inner ring raceway face, the outer ring raceway surface and the roller rolling surface intersect at a point on the bearing centerline.

Single row bearings can withstand radial loads and unidirectional axial loads, and double row bearings can withstand radial loads and bi-directional axial loads, suitable for heavy loads and shock loads.

Cylindrical roller bearing ------------------------

Depending on the number of columns of rolling elements used in the bearing, cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into single row, double row and multi row cylindrical roller bearings.

Among them, the most common use is a single row of cylindrical roller bearings with a cage. In addition, cylindrical roller bearings of other constructions, such as single or double row fully loaded rollers, are available.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are divided into N type, NU type, NJ type, NF type and NUP type according to the different flange of the ring. Cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate a large radial load capacity, and can also accommodate a certain one-way or two-way axial load according to the structure of the ferrule flange.

NN type and NNU type double row cylindrical roller bearings are compact in structure, strong rigidity, large load carrying capacity, small deformation after load, and are mostly used for support of machine tool spindles.

FC, FCD, FCDP type four-row cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads, mostly used in heavy machinery such as rolling mills.

Spherical roller bearing ------------------------

These bearings are equipped with spherical rollers between the spherical raceway outer ring and the double raceway inner ring, which are divided into four types according to the different internal structures: R, RH, RHA and SR.

Since the circular center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the center of the bearing and has a homogenizing performance, the shaft irregularities caused by the deflection or different hearts of the shaft or housing can be automatically adjusted.

It can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. In particular, the radial load capacity is large, which is suitable for withstanding heavy loads and shock loads. Bearings with a tapered bore can be fitted and disassembled on the shaft by using fasteners or return sleeves.

Spherical roller bearings can accommodate large radial loads, as well as a certain axial loads. This type of bearing outer ring raceway is spherical, so it has a homogenizing performance, when the shaft is bent or tilted by force and the inner ring centerline and the outer ring centerline are relatively inclined no more than 1 ° ~ 2.5 °, the bearing can still work.

thrust roller bearing ------------------------

Thrust roller bearings include thrust spherical roller bearings, thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust tapered roller bearings.

Thrust spherical roller bearings can accommodate both axial and radial loads, provided that the radial load must not exceed 55% of the axial load. Another important feature of this type of bearing is its automatic alignment, which makes them less sensitive to different degrees of centroidity and shaft deflection. As long as the load P and P. No more than 0.05C, and the shaft washer rotates, allowing a certain range of coherence angles. Small values are suitable for large bearings, and the allowable spin-off angle will decrease as the load increases.

External spherical bearing ------------------------

Spherical bearings are preferred for applications requiring simple equipment and components, e.g. in agricultural machinery, transport systems or construction machinery. It is mainly used to bear the radial and axial combined load mainly radial load, generally not suitable for axial load alone, such bearings can be installed with the inner ring (with a full set of rollers and retainers) and the outer ring.

These bearings do not allow the shaft to be tilted relative to the housing, and additional axial forces are generated under radial loads.

The size of the axial clearance of this kind of bearing has a great relationship on whether the bearing can work normally, when the axial clearance is too small, the temperature rise is higher; when the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easily damaged.

Therefore, special attention should be paid to adjusting the axial clearance of the bearing during installation and operation, and if necessary, pre-interference mounting can be used to increase the rigidity of the bearing.

Spherical bearing ------------------------

Spherical bearings are available in lubricated and self-lubricating versions. A spherical bearing is a plain bearing of a special structure.

Its structure is simpler than the rolling bearing, which is mainly composed of an outer ring with an inner spherical surface, which can withstand a large load, according to the inner ring with an outer spherical surface and its different types and structures, it can withstand radial load, axial load or radial, axial combined load.

Generally used for low-speed swing movement (that is, angular movement, can also be made in a certain angle range of inclined movement (i.e., centering movement), because the sliding surface is spherical movement), in the support shaft and shaft shell hole different heart degree, can still work normally.

Linear bearing ------------------------

The performance and use of various types of bearings

Linear motion ball bearings are mainly used in mechanical equipment in the part of linear reciprocating movement, with the advantages of small friction, flexible movement and convenient maintenance and replacement.

It is widely used in textile machinery, printing machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, precision machine tools, electrical cutting machines and automatic recorders and other fields.

Angular contact ball bearing ------------------------

Angular contact bearing ------------------------

Angular contact ball bearings can accommodate both radial loads and axial loads, or they can be accompanied by pure axial loads with higher limiting speeds. The ability of these bearings to withstand axial loads is determined by the contact angle, which is large and the ability to withstand axial loads is high.

Pressure bearing ------------------------

Pressure bearings are separable bearings, which are divided into unidirectional pressure ball and bi-directional pressure ball bearings according to their construction.

Unidirectional pressure bearings can accommodate axial loads in one direction and bidirectional pressure bearings can accommodate axial loads in both directions.

None of them can withstand radial loads.
