Song Aifang pays great attention to the cause of people's livelihood, especially housekeeping services and "one old and one small" ("one old" refers to old-age services, "one small" refers to infant and young child care services). As the president of the Gansu Family Service Industry Association, Song Aifang has conducted in-depth research on the domestic service industry in the province and submitted relevant suggestions on further supporting the high-quality development of the domestic service industry at the provincial two sessions for five consecutive years.

"In the process of performing my duties, I deeply feel that in recent years, the demand for domestic services in the whole society has become increasingly strong. For example, in terms of caring for the elderly, 'one person is incapacitated, the whole family is unbalanced' has become a social phenomenon, after the implementation of the three-child birth policy, the confinement and nursery teacher have become the rigid needs of society, the demand for domestic service personnel has increased, and practitioners urgently need vocational skills training to continuously improve the service level. Song Aifang said.

"In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the domestic service industry, the Gansu Family Service Industry Association has drafted and formulated two local standards, such as the Basic Requirements for Domestic Service Agencies and Practitioners, the Requirements for The Service of Baby Nurses, the Classification and Evaluation of Domestic Service Institutions, and the Specification for the Quality of Maternal and Infant Life Care Services, and has built a province-wide domestic service industry integrity platform covering the 'enterprise database', 'personnel database' and 'credit bank' of the domestic service industry. In the next step, we will strengthen the priority orientation of employment, implement vocational skills training, and carry out 18 types of training such as rehabilitation technicians, elderly care workers, baby nurses, postpartum rehabilitation engineers, pediatric massage therapists, and maternal and infant nurses, and strive to solve the problem that domestic service personnel are not easy to find. ”

At the same time, Song Aifang called on relevant departments and all sectors of society to give more understanding and care to the domestic service industry and practitioners, and support the healthy development of the domestic service industry. Learn from the advanced model of domestic housekeeping services, implement the employment priority policy, and work together to build the Lanzhou Domestic Service Incubation Industrial Park in accordance with the principle of "government leadership, association supervision, and enterprise operation", further standardize the domestic service market, and promote the quality and expansion of the domestic service industry and high-quality development.
