In order to consolidate the city's hard-won achievements in epidemic prevention and control and ensure that the people of the city have a happy, peaceful, healthy and safe Spring Festival, we propose:
First, encourage non-local employees to stay in the New Year
In order to reduce the large number of personnel flow during the Spring Festival, the city has introduced eight measures to encourage new Jinjiang people to stay in Jinjiang for the New Year, and each enterprise should play the main role of employing people, through positive measures such as "staying in the post red packet", "New Year gift package", "special allowance", "staggered peak transfer" and other positive measures to stay in the post, care and guide non-local employees to "celebrate the New Year on the spot" and "stay in Jinjiang for the New Year", and do not leave Jinjiang as much as possible. Safety is reunion, the majority of employees should take the initiative to change the traditional concept of going home for the New Year, using online greetings, telephone Greetings and other ways to convey holiday greetings to relatives, and persuade relatives and friends outside the province not to visit back and forth as much as possible, do not let the reunion journey evolve into a road of virus transmission. If you really need to return to your hometown for the New Year or have relatives and friends from outside the province visiting, you should report to your unit in advance and ensure that you do a good job in epidemic prevention measures.
II. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures
All enterprises should strictly follow the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control at all levels, effectively strengthen employee management, and guide personnel not to gather during the Spring Festival, less mobile, and not to visit relatives and friends and sightseeing in medium- and high-risk areas. Enterprises with sufficient orders and good connection between production and marketing should, under the premise of resolutely adhering to the bottom line of safe production, dispatch and increase the production arrangement in the first quarter by shortening holidays and postponing maintenance.
