A few days ago, the Kunming Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism released the December 2021 Tourism Red and Black List, 10 travel agencies and 2 tour guides appeared on the red list, and no travel agencies, tour guides and tourism practitioners were included in the black list. The data shows that in 2021, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism released 11 tourism red and black lists. 113 travel agencies and 17 tour guides were on the red list, and 105 travel agencies, 12 tour guides, 9 tourism practitioners and 1 tourist car company were included in the black list.

Of the 113 travel agencies on the red list, 112 were among the top 10 tourists in terms of tourist arrivals in the month and had no records of violations of laws and regulations and tourism complaints in the month. Shilin Scenery Travel Co., Ltd., Yunnan Ctrip Bestway International Travel Service Co., Ltd., Kunming Travel Agency (International) Co., Ltd., Kunming Youjia International Travel Service Co., Ltd., Kunming Customs International Tourism (Group) Co., Ltd. and other travel agencies have repeatedly been listed on the 2021 Kunming Tourism Red List.

Yunnan Kungang International Travel Service Co., Ltd., which was awarded the 20th National Youth Civilization Number, also made the red list. Among the 13 employees of Kungang International Travel Service, 10 are young workers under the age of 35. With the "Youth Civilization" as the platform, the travel agency supports the implementation of innovative ideas of young employees, launches new businesses such as red education and industrial research, and becomes the main force of high-quality development of Kungang Group.

In March 2021, the Kunming Tourism Red List was listed for the first time with tour guides. The first tour guide to be on the red list was Jiang Zhiwei.

On March 26 last year, a handwritten letter of commendation with 32 signatures was sent from Tengchong. The letter of commendation to the "Leaders of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Yunnan Province" came from "32 tourists on the 11-day tour of Tengchong on the Nu River." The letter reads: "We have met many tour guides, and Jiang Dao is the most dedicated and outstanding tour guide we feel. We had a very pleasant and happy 11 days in Yunnan. An excellent tour guide, in addition to leading the group through the whole journey, more importantly, he is a publicist for the local tourism industry. We think Jiang Dao did it! ”

Serving tourists with hearts for hearts, there are also 13 tour guides such as Yu Liguang, Jiang Tixuan, Liang Guiqing, Zhu Yunjing, Qiao Cheng, Liu Wei, Zhang Lihan, Liu Wensheng, Kuang Meiling, Zheng Jun, Yao Yazhe, Zhang Xintian, and Yi Mengyi. The black list was first vacant in December

In 2021, 89 (times) travel agencies, 2 or more valid complaints due to their main responsibility in the same month, were included in the blacklist. Yunnan International Travel Service Co., Ltd., which had the highest number of complaints in a single month, had 42 cases. Fourteen (times) travel agencies, branches and Kunming Tourist Automobile Co., Ltd., for infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, were fined by the administrative organs or more, and were included in the blacklist, with a total amount of 560,000 yuan. Kunming Junya Travel International Travel Service Co., Ltd., Yunnan Sunshine Tourism Group Co., Ltd., and Kunming Boda Travel Service Co., Ltd. were deducted 6 points or more in accordance with the "Yunnan Provincial Travel Agency Business Behavior Evaluation and Key Supervision Measures", and were also included in the blacklist, and all three travel agencies have been revoked their travel agency business licenses.

In July 2018, Kunming launched the implementation of the red and black list information release system for travel agencies, branches and practitioners, and released the information of the last month's red and black list every month. At present, Kunming has released a total of 36 issues of the tourism red and black list, through the red list to praise the integrity of business deeds, the black list to expose violations of laws and regulations, and comprehensively regulate the business behavior of travel agencies and branches and the behavior of tour guide personnel. For travel agencies, branches and practitioners on the "red list" list, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism will provide support in social publicity and brand building; for those included in the "black list" list, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism will increase supervision, increase the frequency of inspections, supervise and carry out self-examination and self-correction, and order rectification within a time limit.
