It had been overcast that day, and soon the raindrops began to fall, and Li Fengjun hurried back, telling his co-workers that there was something in the river that looked like a person. When Li Fengjun's co-workers came to the river, the morning float was gone. But soon someone reported that someone had died in the Yellow Canal. After receiving the alarm, the police quickly rushed to the scene of the accident, but the investigators in the section of the river where the villagers found the body did not find the body. But judging from the degree of decay of the corpse, the body found in the Yellow Canal should have been dead for more than three days. On the morning of the second day, the police called Xueting's parents to the criminal police brigade, collected their DNA, and after DNA comparison, the police determined the identity of the deceased, and the body was Xueting. The deceased disappeared for less than two days, so why did the body spoil so badly? The police analyzed that the deceased must have stayed in a relatively closed and hot place after being killed. The direction of the police's work turned to the friends, netizens and relatives around Xueting who usually interacted with her.
There are three Xueting sisters, and she is the third oldest in the family. It is said that Xueting's parents passed Xueting to relatives when Xueting was a child, but soon Xueting was sent back home, and this experience left a deep scar in Xueting's heart. This information surprised the case-handling staff, because according to the parents of the deceased, at noon on the day of the crime, Xueting said that she was going to see her boyfriend, and has since lost contact. Could Xueting's death be related to her boyfriend? At that time, Xueting lived in her aunt's house, the village was more special, far from the main road, the southwest of the village was along the Yellow Highway, this road is a main road from the county seat to the north of Qihe County, the east is the Lead Yellow Canal, but there are not many cars in the middle of this location. There is a primary school next to the road in the south of Louzizhuang Village, and there is a monitor at the entrance of the primary school, which can photograph the road in front of the door.
Police retrieved surveillance footage from the school on the day of the crime, and at 12:28 p.m. on June 28, 2014, a young woman passed in front of the elementary school with a bag on her shoulder. The police gave a screenshot of the video to Xueting's parents, aunt and sister to identify and determine that the young woman who passed by was Xueting. This also became the last video left by Xueting before she died.
To the south of this village is an east-west highway, this road is in poor condition, there are more cars on the road, but there are not many forks, there are 4 villages around, and electronic monitoring is not installed at the intersection outside Louzizhuang Village. There is a livestock farm to the west of Louzizhuang Village, and one of its monitors can illuminate the intersection. In the surveillance video at the school gate, Xueting left on foot, and after leaving the village, where did Xueting go? Listening to Xueting's family, Xueting went out at noon on the day of the crime, saying that she was going to meet her boyfriend, Xueting's boyfriend was called Gao Feng, because of the fight with people was detained by the police, June 28 is the day Gao Feng was released. After the police analyzed that after Xueting left the village, she was either picked up by Wang Yong (Gao Feng's colleague) or she hitched a ride at the intersection.
So what happened to Xueting after going out? It seems that only after finding Wang Yong and Gao Feng can everything come to light. The police retrieved the chat records of the deceased and launched an investigation into the condition of the deceased's boyfriend, and soon the investigators made a major discovery. The police found that the QQ chat with Xueting, the real user is not called Gao Feng, but called Yang Yuli, usually unemployed.
Yang Yuli, a farmer in Li Zhentun Village, Xuanzhang Township, Qihe County. This person is not only married, but also has his own children, at the beginning of this year he met Xueting online under the pseudonym Gao Feng, and soon the two began online dating. According to Xueting's father, Xueting had told him that she had seen gao Feng's photo and was a very energetic young man. The police found a photo of Gao Feng in Xueting's computer, but the person in the photo was not Yang Yuli in real life. In addition, the police also found that Yang Yuli not only impersonated Gao Feng to have an online relationship with Xueting, but also met with the deceased in the name of Gao Feng's colleague Wang Yong and defrauded Xueting of money.
The police deduced that it would be that the little girl had an argument with him after recognizing Gao Feng's identity, and in the dispute, Yang Yuli strangled the little girl to death.
The police quickly summoned Yang Yuli, who admitted that he had defrauded the deceased, but he said that he had not seen the deceased on the day of the crime. According to Yang Yuli, on the day of the accident, the last message sent by the little girl to Yang Yuli was: I came out of the house, where do I go to wait for you? But at that time, Yang Yuli was busy with other things and did not reply in time.
After investigation, the police quickly ruled out Yang Yuli's suspicion of committing the crime. The investigators who were investigating and visiting Louzizhuang Village did not stop for a moment. Before the body was found on June 30, Li Fengjun said that he had seen a body floating on the river the day before, on June 29, which means that within a day, the little girl was killed and thrown into the river. The police made a bold speculation that the location of the body should be below the Lijia'an Gate of the Yellow River FloodGate, not in the Yellow River. Why? Point A is Pei Zhuang, where the police have recovered Xue Ting's body, point B is Li Yingtun, which is where the informant found Xue Ting, and point C is where forklift driver Li Fengjun found the body twice, and it is also the place where the body was first found, and point D is Xue Ting's home, which is very close to the Yellow Canal.

The police re-sorted the clues of the case, delineated the scope of the suspect's body according to the special case team, and the investigators of the video team focused their work on the surveillance video at the intersection of National Highway 308 and the Yinghuang Trunk Canal, and soon a suspicious silver car attracted the attention of the police. The suspicious vehicle in the video crosses the road about an hour after the little girl disappears to the east bank of the river, which is a dead end that leads to the river. After 18 minutes, the vehicle crossed the road to the right and returned to the place of departure. In the video, the car is very fast and very anxious when crossing the road. Depending on the model, police quickly locked a sedan with the car number Lu NU2Fxx. The owner of the car is named Feng Xuejun, a native of Liying Village, Confession Temple Town, Qihe County.
Suspicious vehicles
Investigators visited some of the people in Liying Village, and learned from the villagers that Feng Xuejun's wife was a native of Louzizhuang Village in Yancheng Town, and Feng Xuejun's suspicions had risen sharply.
The police analyzed that the suspect was likely to have thrown away the body during the day after the crime was done in the car, so that his car was the first crime scene. On July 18, 2014, the police decided to arrest the suspect Feng Xuejun. At the suspect's home, police seized his suspect vehicle. At the same time, in Feng Xuejun's home, the case-handling personnel also found wires and tapes, which were identified as identical to the ropes and tapes that bound the deceased. At the same time, the items from the time of the little girl's disappearance were also found, including bags, mobile phones, and the little girl's underwear.
In addition, the police extracted the biological materials of the little girl in Feng Xuejun's passenger seat, the back seat of the car and the trunk. On August 23, 2014, Feng Xuejun, a criminal suspect at the Qihe County Detention Center, confessed the incident. Feng Xuejun said that he did not actually know the little girl, nor did he intend to kill her.
On the day of the crime, because of work, Feng Xuejun felt very bored, he drove to Louzizhuang Village to chat with his father-in-law, when he came to the intersection outside the village, he happened to run into Xueting, who was out dating her boyfriend. Xueting asked Feng Xuejun if he could give him some money to carry her for a while. Feng Xuejun hesitated for a moment and let Xueting get into the car. When Feng Xuejun made a U-turn at the intersection, he touched the little girl's leg when hanging up the gear. Feng Xuejun said that he quickly said sorry, but the little girl said what age this is, touch the leg is anything, I can touch you, the little girl began to touch Feng Xuejun. Xueting's move surprised Feng Xuejun very much, and at that time he had the idea of having a one-night stand, and Feng Xuejun slowly stopped the car.
The suspect confessed the facts of the case
In the car, Feng Xuejun touched Xueting for a while. On the day of the crime, the temperature was very high, Xueting began to be a little annoyed, Feng Xuejun said that if I gave you 200 yuan, at this time Xueting was busy getting dressed. In fact, Feng Xuejun only had 100 yuan on his body at that time, which made Xueting very angry. Feng Xuejun said that if you want more than I don't have, it will be 100 yuan. Xueting said no, so I shouted hooliganism and rape. Saying that, Xueting grabbed the bag and got out of the car. In order not to let Xueting speak out, Feng Xuejun also quickly ran out of the car, because Feng Xuejun was afraid that if this matter was passed out and spread to the ears of his family, he would not be able to be a man?
Feng Xuejun grabbed Xueting's left hand, pushed Xueting to the back seat, and covered her mouth. Xueting had been struggling, and Feng Xuejun was desperately holding her down. It didn't take long for Xueting to let out a sigh of relief, and as soon as her body went soft, she didn't move anymore. In this way, Feng Xuejun killed Xueting. Feng Xuejun wanted to put Xueting in the trunk and pull her to a remote place, and if she was not dead, he would discuss with her, how much money she wanted, he could go back and get it. Feng Xuejun took Xueting, really did not know where to go, thinking that his wife and son were out that day, he took the little girl home.
After arriving home, Feng Xuejun moved his crooked ideas, trying to disguise it, hoping that the police could not find out that he did it. He wrapped tape around the little girl's mouth, trying to confuse the audience. After disguising himself, Feng Xuejun ran wildly along the village road of the Yinghuang Trunk Canal with the corpse, until he found a secluded place at the intersection of National Highway 308 and the Yinghuang Trunk Canal. Feng Xuejun had worked for a few days in the Tibetan Mastiff Garden on the shore opposite the place where the body was dumped, so he had come to the place where the body was thrown before, and he knew that it was also relatively secluded during the day. Seeing that there was no one around, Feng Xuejun moved Xueting out of the trunk and then threw her into the yellow trunk canal.
After being arrested, Feng Xuejun regretted it very much, and often chanted a sentence in the trumpet, if there is a regret medicine in the world, how good it is. According to him, in order to prove that he did not have a relationship with Xueting, he left Xueting's underwear. Feng Xuejun admitted to killing, but did not admit to rape and killing. He said he was very entangled in the temptation of the dead.
