The Encolhi As Pessoas (Shrunk The People) project is a photography project that began in 2014 when a box of miniatures was accidentally discovered at an antique shop in belém, hometown. At the time, Renan Viana said he was surprised by the details of the miniatures in the box and began to have ideas for making works out of them.

When you look at the miniatures, you feel the generational difference depending on the type of movie you have in mind. Today, it may be "Ant-Man," but one might recall the movie "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" (1989), which was screened long ago. Renan Viana mentioned that he was inspired by the latter film, which is a bit surprising considering his age.
