Maternity and baby shops, bakeries, dry cleaners, barber shops, catering takeaway shops and other livelihood industries have gradually resumed business under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures.
Third, advocate that people outside the country celebrate the New Year on the spot. Personnel from low-risk areas outside the city who really need to return to Baqiao must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate and health code, and report to the community (village group) of the destination 3 days in advance, return "point-to-point", and implement classified control measures as required.
4. Stranded persons who meet the conditions for leaving the city shall submit an application for leaving the city to the community (village group) or the competent department of the industry, and the community (village group) or the competent department of the industry shall conduct a preliminary examination, and the street office where they are located shall review and approve it, and issue a certificate of departure from the city.
