Curator's remark
Time flies, the new crown epidemic that swept the world at the end of 2019 is still lingering in 2021 and refuses to leave.
Our world has struggled to adapt to living in balance with it for nearly two years. Our freedom is under unprecedented threat, whether it is long-distance travel, dining out, gatherings of relatives and friends, cultural exchanges and other activities have been affected and constrained as never before, and we seem to have lost the wit and courage of the past "as long as I open my arms, the world belongs to me".
Our world is constantly adjusting in a turbulent, complex political and economic environment. While enduring such a high-pressure environment, the artist group is also exploring new expressions from the depths of their souls in their unique sensitivity and even loneliness, silently interacting with the real world. Art often reflects the evolution of human history, and artists can even express times ahead of time through their hyper-sensitive imagination.
If artists respect the world with great concern, then the world should also reciprocate by listening with kindness and patiently feeling the rich and colorful message they send with their hearts, especially to pay attention to the new generation of artists.
In this sense, the second "Our World" --- 2021 International Contemporary Art Exhibition has its own unique contemporary significance. I hope that this exhibition will meet the public again with a more diverse, open, international and inclusive attitude!

Time flies, the COVID-19 came to this world at the end of 2019, it still exists until today.
Our world tried hard to keep the balance to coexist with it in the last two years. The pandemic really threatening our freedom, especially traveling, eat out, family and friends’ meeting, as well as cultural events are unprecedented astricted by the COVID-19. It seems that we almost lost the courage of“as long as I open my arms, the world belongs to me”.
The world changes all the time owing to the complicating political and economic environment. Under this kind of high-pressure circumstance, artists use their unique sensitivity, even loneliness to communicate with the real world, explore the new expressions from their deep soul. Art tends to reflect the evolution of human history, artists can show the advanced era by their ultra-sensitive imagination.
Therefore, the second “Our World”---2021 International Contemporary Art Exhibition has its special significance in the times. I hope to meet you again with a more diversified, open, international and inclusive exhibition.

After a month-long collection of works, the second "Our World" --- 2021 International Contemporary Art Exhibition received nearly 500 works from artists from all over the world, and after careful selection by the AAE French Expressionist Art Committee, the selected works will finally meet the public again on October 23.
This year's participating artists include a total of 52 selected and invited artists, including 20 international contemporary artists from France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, New Zealand, the United States, Russia, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Togo, Malaysia, and 32 outstanding artists from all over China, exhibiting nearly 70 selected works, covering contemporary oil paintings, ink paintings, photography, sculptures, installations and other works, presenting artists' views on "our world" in multiple dimensions. cognition and comprehension.
After a month-long work selection, the second "Our World" --- 2021 International Contemporary Art Exhibition received nearly 500 pieces of works, which were carefully selected by the Art Committee of AAE. The selected works will finally meet with the public on October 23rd.
The exhibition will display nearly 70 selected and invited artworks of 20 foreign contemporary artists who come from France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, New Zealand, USA, Russia, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Colombia, Congo/Kinshasa, Togo, Malaysia, as well as 32 Chinese outstanding artists from all around China.
The works exhibited are rich in different subjects and styles, covering contemporary oil painting, ink painting, photography, sculptures, installation and other works, showing the artists' understanding on "our world" in a multi-dimensional manner.
