Quality supervision and random inspection of unqualified products
According to the results of the sampling inspection, for the products that are unqualified, the market supervision department has ordered the relevant operators in the city to comprehensively clean up the inventory products and products for sale, deal with the unqualified products according to law, and take effective measures to rectify, and must not resume production and sales of the same product before the re-inspection is qualified. Operators involved in serious quality problems have filed a case for investigation and punishment in accordance with law. Where operators from other provinces and cities are involved, they have been notified to the relevant market supervision departments for timely disposal.

The insulation material is resistant to abnormal heat and flame
According to the requirements of GB/T 2099.1-2008, the insulation material is tested on high temperature glow wire, within 30 seconds after the glow wire is removed, the flame on the specimen should be extinguished or the glow disappears, long-term use or continuous use of products that do not meet the requirements under high temperature conditions, there may be fire and combustion due to overheating, or it may cause a fire when the short circuit or aging fails.
