I remember when I was in junior high school, I liked to watch horror movies the most, midnight ringing, ghost calls, curses, etc., but as I watched more horror movies, I gradually lost interest in movies that simply said "ghosts". After going to college, I prefer brain-burning movies. Enjoy the reasoning process and enjoy the thrill that the plot reversal brings to you. Some brain-burning movies can even bring you a different world view, shake people's previous understanding of the world, and make you doubt the true face of the world. For example, heterogeneous hacking makes us wonder if the world is real or just a string of code in a computer. Inception makes us wonder if we ourselves are in the real world or in a dream. A different worldview gives us different enjoyment.
