Liverpool want to sign Phillips, but Leeds United prefer to sell it to foreign teams

Liverpool boss Klopp wants to bring in Leeds United midfielder Phillips, but the latter prefers to sell players to foreign teams, according to the Spanish catalonia el nacional.
