In the new year, the Longjiang town government will resolutely turn the strategic blueprint of the town party committee into the government's construction drawings in the style of "pragmatism + implementation". "The party committee is the 'dragon head,' the government is the 'good horse,' and the party and government are united in the spirit of the dragon horse." Wu Chengliang said in his government work report.

Wu Chengliang said that "the government is a good horse" has three meanings. The first is to be a "thousand-mile horse" loyal to the party, based on one's own duties, forge ahead, really grasp the work, and forge ahead courageously toward the set goals, unswervingly, and live up to the heavy trust. The second is to act as a "fast horse" for the masses and for enterprises, be good at carrying out work in the frontline, constantly temper the ability of officers, improve the efficiency of work, and do everything that is beneficial to the masses, helpful to enterprises, and promotes economic and social development. The third is to be a "Fit horse" of "pragmatic + implementation", adhere to steady progress, strengthen execution, comprehensively grasp implementation, and implement all work in a down-to-earth and down-to-earth work style and in the spirit of nails.
