At the beginning of the new year, many provinces and autonomous regions are entering or will soon enter the "two sessions" time, and the leading bodies of provincial governments have also ushered in a wave of adjustments.

Among them, Yan Jinhai went to act as the right person and was elected chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Government; Yuan Tongli and Xia Yanjun resigned as vice governors of Hebei Province; the leading group of the Hunan Provincial Government went in and out, Wang Yiou was appointed vice governor, and Chen Wenhao resigned as vice governor; Wang Jian, who was appointed deputy secretary of the provincial government party group at the end of 2021, was appointed vice governor of Liaoning Province, chen Xiangqun is no longer vice governor, and he has been appointed deputy secretary of the party group of the Liaoning Provincial Cppcc Committee. Ma Shunqing also no longer serves as the vice mayor of Tianjin.

In addition, Wu Nanxiang, director of the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province, and Lin Wenbin, former secretary of the Nanping Municipal Party Committee, have served as members of the party group of the Fujian Provincial Government.

A number of "post-65s" have taken up new positions

In October 2021, "post-60s" Yan Jinhai was transferred to the acting chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region, and "post-50s" Qizara resigned as chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region.

Three months later, according to people's daily news, on January 7, the Third Plenary Session of the Fifth Session of the Eleventh People's Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region was held, and Yan Jinhai was elected chairman of the People's Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region.

Public resume shows that Yan Jinhai, male, Tibetan, born in March 1962, Qinghai Minheren, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1983, joined the work in July 1982, graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Qinghai Nationalities College, majoring in Chinese language and literature, with a university degree.

He has served in Qinghai Province for a long time, and was a member of the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor of Qinghai Province. In July 2020, he was transferred to the deputy secretary of the Tibet Autonomous Regional Party Committee, and in January 2021, he was concurrently appointed secretary of the Lhasa Municipal Party Committee, and in October of the same year, he was appointed deputy secretary, vice chairman and acting chairman of the party group of the autonomous regional people's government.

Wang Yiou and Wang Jian, who were appointed vice governors at the standing committee of their respective provincial people's congresses, and Lin Wenbin, a new member of the party group of the Fujian provincial government, are all "post-65s." Among them, Wang Yiou was born in October 1967, Wang Jian was born in September 1965, and Lin Wenbin was born in September 1965. In addition, Wu Nanxiang was born in October 1964.

Yuan Tongli, Xia Yanjun, Chen Wenhao, Chen Xiangqun and Ma Shunqing, who no longer served as vice governors (cities), were all born between 1961 and 1963. The youngest of them was Cheyenne Jun, born in December 1963, and she was the only woman among the four.

Mostly by local new jobs

Wang Jian and Wang Yiou, who were appointed vice governors of Liaoning Province and Hunan Province, respectively, and Wu Nanxiang and Lin Wenbin, members of the new party group of the Fujian Provincial Government, were already serving in the local area before taking up their new duties.

According to public resumes, Wang Jian has been working in Liaoning Province, working in Shenyang for 30 years in the early days, successively serving as an assistant inspector of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, deputy secretary and mayor of the Sujiatun District Party Committee, secretary of the Dadong District Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and other positions. In 2018, he was transferred to the secretary of the Huludao Municipal Party Committee, and in September 2020, he became a member of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, and the following month he also served as the secretary general of the provincial party committee, and continued to serve as the secretary of the Huludao Municipal Party Committee. In March 2021, he ceased to serve as the secretary of the Huludao Municipal Party Committee. Before taking up his new post, Wang Jian had served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and deputy secretary of the party group of the provincial government.

Wang Yiou, the new vice governor of Hunan Province, has worked in many places and has long served in the environmental protection system. In 1990, after graduating from the School of Chemical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, he worked in Liaoning Province for 16 years, successively serving in PetroChina Jinxi Refining and Chemical Plant and Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau. Since August 2016, he has been working in Hunan, successively serving as director of the Provincial Environmental Protection Department, director of the Provincial Land and Resources Department, and director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources. In December 2019, he was appointed secretary of the Yueyang Municipal Party Committee, and has since taken up a new post.

Wu Nanxiang and Lin Wenbin both served in Fujian before taking up their new duties.

Wu Nanxiang served as the mayor of Haicang District of Xiamen City, the director of the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries of Fujian Province, and in March 2018, he served as the secretary of the party group and director of the provincial department of commerce, and the director of the provincial port office.

Lin Wenbin has served as the director of the Fujian Provincial Economic Information Center, the director of the Provincial Railway Construction Office, the deputy director and member of the Party Group of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the director of the Provincial State-owned Natural Resources Asset Management Bureau and the secretary of the Party Group, and the secretary of the Party Group and deputy director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources. In February 2021, he was transferred to the secretary of the Nanping Municipal Party Committee in Fujian Province until this new appointment.
