Quick judgment! Quick cure! Stroke prevention and treatment must be kept in mind

author:Bright Net

Aunt Li, 59, fell down when she suddenly became numb in her left limb while dancing square dancing. Subsequently, Aunt Li was sent to our hospital for treatment. The stroke center of our hospital performed thrombolytic treatment for Aunt Li. At present, Aunt Li is recovering well. Stroke is a sudden disease, how to prevent it in daily life?

Stroke, commonly known as "stroke", is a group of acute cerebrovascular diseases caused by blood circulation disorders in the brain, with focal nerve function loss as a common feature, usually divided into two categories: ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and hemorrhagic stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.). Stroke has four major characteristics: high morbidity, high disability rate, high mortality rate and high recurrence rate. Therefore, when a stroke occurs, "racing against the clock and rapid treatment" is particularly critical.

Quick judgment! Quick cure! Stroke prevention and treatment must be kept in mind

"120" quickly identifies stroke

"1" Look, a face asymmetrical, mouth crooked.

"2" check both arms, one side is weak, can not be lifted.

"0" (listening) listening to speech, slurred speech, do not understand.

Once the above symptoms suddenly occur and the stroke is judged to occur, it is necessary to immediately call the "120" emergency number and urgently send it to a nearby hospital with conditions through an ambulance for rescue.

Three "traps" of stroke

Trap 1: Stroke attacks were not identified and fell into the trap due to errors in judgment.

Crooked corners of the mouth, numbness and weakness in the limbs, and speech impairment are typical symptoms of stroke. However, when the above symptoms occur, many people mistakenly think that it is caused by poor rest, and the result is that the most precious rescue time is delayed. In this case, you should immediately call the "120" emergency number and go to a hospital with thrombolysis qualifications.

Trap two: call relatives and friends, because of waiting to fall into the trap.

Once a stroke occurs, it is necessary to send it to a hospital with emergency treatment capabilities as soon as possible and quickly carry out standardized treatment, rather than staying at home for self-observation or repeatedly consulting with relatives and friends. Listen to the doctor's advice and make a quick decision.

Trap three: Do not send to a hospital that you think is trustworthy and has acquaintances without choice, which is likely to delay the rescue time due to the proximity, traffic jams, or no thrombolysis conditions in a hospital. Call the "120" emergency number at the first time to buy time for the patient to receive thrombolytic therapy.

Treatment of stroke

Intravenous thrombolysis: patients without contraindications to intravenous thrombolysis within 5 hours of onset may be considered.

Endovascular intervention: within 6 to 24 hours of onset, endovascular intervention is selected after evaluation. Intravascular thrombosis is performed at the base of the thigh, where the thrombus is removed by sending the thrombus device through the puncture point to the thrombotic blockage.
