Note: Kong Qingtong, a native of Guangshan County, Henan Province, is the acting commander of the Eighth Military Subdistrict of the Central Military Region of the Eighth Route Army. In the autumn of 1942, in order to cover the breakthrough of the county brigade, he picked up the machine gun and rushed to the enemy position to shoot wildly, and finally pulled a grenade, and died with the enemy, heroically sacrificing at the age of 30.
