Zhang Weiwen, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in October 1967, joined the public security work in November 1985, and is currently a member of the Party Committee of the Kaihua County Public Security Bureau, the head of the criminal investigation brigade, and a senior police chief of the fourth level. On April 28, 2021, a case of "pig killing plate" occurred in Kaihua County, and a female citizen was lured into the so-called "stock trading WeChat group" in the name of online dating to invest in stock trading, and was defrauded of 180,000 yuan. After the incident, the county public security bureau quickly set up a "4.28" special case team, with Zhang Weiwen as the leader of the special case team to carry out the investigation of the case.
Since April 29, Zhang Weiwen has given up his rest, worked overtime with his colleagues to carry out investigation and judgment, and locked the first batch of suspects and criminal gangs involved in the case in shanghai, Anhui and Jiangsu in only 6 days. On May 5, Zhang Weiwen led a team to drive 700 kilometers to Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, and successfully arrested four suspects on May 6, and seized a batch of computers, mobile phones, bank cards and other items involved in the case on the spot.
After the suspect was captured, Zhang Weiwen and his colleagues interrogated him overnight until the next morning.
