Guoan official: Termination of the contract with head coach Bilic

Beijing Guoan officially announced that the club and head coach Bilic terminated their contract.

The announcement is as follows

After friendly consultations, the club and Mr. Slavin Bilic reached an agreement, the two sides completed the termination of the contract, and with immediate effect, Mr. Slavin Bilic will no longer serve as the head coach of the Beijing Guoan first team.

Mr. Slavin Bilic became the head coach of Beijing Guoan on January 6, 2021, and in the 2021 season, he led the team to overcome various difficulties and finally finished 5th in the Chinese Super League.

Beijing Guoan Football Club would like to express its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Slavin Bilic and his team for their dedication and efforts. The club fully understands and supports Mr. Bilic's desire to return to Europe to accompany his family under the epidemic.
