Romano: Liverpool have no intention of selling Origi in the winter window and Klopp wants him to stay until the end of the season

According to Italian journalist Romano, Liverpool do not intend to sell Origi in the winter window, and manager Klopp wants him to stay in the team at the end of the season.

Origi's contract expires this summer with performance-based option renewal clauses. Romano pointed out that although the Intention A and Bundesliga clubs have contacted Liverpool about Origi's transfer, the Reds do not intend to sell the 26-year-old striker in January.

Liverpool have not negotiated with Porto on the introduction of Luis Díaz and, as things stand, the team still needs Origi and manager Klopp hopes he will stay in the squad until June.

So far this season, Origi has played 10 games for Liverpool, contributing 5 goals and 2 assists for 393 minutes.
