In the mid-1930s, the eighteen-year-old Xiao Yongyin followed the troops to participate in the Long March, and in the course of an expedition, Xiao Yongyin's unit was unfortunately attacked by the Kuomintang troops, and after the fierce battle between the two teams, the casualties of our army troops were serious, and even the cadres were sacrificed for more than half, which can be said to be a life hanging in the balance.
At this critical juncture, 18-year-old Xiao Yongyin suddenly asked the regimental commander for orders to command the battle, which must have been scolded by the regimental commander, but Xiao Yongyin did not give up, immediately issued a military order, and bluntly said that he could not take the battle and screwed off his head. The military situation was urgent, and the regimental commander could not think much about it, so he handed over the troops that had lost their commanders to Xiao Yongyin to lead, and Xiao Yongyin really participated in the battle for the first time.

But in the end, Xiao Yongyin was unfortunately injured and unconscious, medical supplies and levels could not keep up, this young man was stunned to lie for three days and three nights, it seems that he had rested enough, perhaps he still wanted to fight, just when everyone thought he was dead, Xiao Yongyin suddenly woke up.
Later, Xiao Yongyin, whose excellent performance attracted much attention, was arranged for military training, and then became a company commander and was promoted to regimental commander, until after the victory of the War of Resistance, Xiao Yongyin had been promoted from a hairy boy at that time to a deputy commander of the column, not to mention how good. Even during the civil war, because of his excellent performance in all aspects, he was praised by Liu and Deng, and Xiao Yongyin also brought out a combat hero, Wang Keqin.
During the Period of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Xiao Yongyin also made great contributions to the victory of the war, and when he was awarded a military rank in the mid-1950s, Xiao Yongyin deservedly received the honorary title of major general, until the beginning of the 21st century, the 85-year-old Xiao Yongyin passed away without regrets.
