China Quality News Network News Recently, the Dalian Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in Liaoning Province released the results of the supervision and sampling of soy products.
This sampling is non-fermented soy products and fermented soy products. The sampling test is based on GB 2762-2017 "National Standard for Food Safety" and "Limit of Contaminants in Food", GB 2712-2014 "National Standard for Food Safety" soy products, GB 2760-2014 "National Standard for Food Safety" and other standards. The sampling items included lead (in Pb), residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in Al), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid) and other indicators.
A total of 5 batches of soy products were sampled, covering 5 production enterprises and 5 sampled units. No unqualified products were detected, and the pass rate was 100%.
