According to Article 80 of the Implementing Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China:

3. In the event of fog, rain and other bad weather, the safe distance of 100 meters and 50 meters is maintained according to the visibility of less than 200 meters and less than 100 meters, respectively.
