In order to ensure the fair and orderly development of the first "four" selection activities, the Yucheng City Culture and Tourism Bureau has held three symposiums to collect the opinions and suggestions of municipal people's congress deputies, CPPCC members, mass organizations, and enterprise representatives, and to conduct qualification examinations for food safety, environmental protection, legal operation, credit investigation, petitioning, etc. for the units shortlisted for preliminary evaluation, specially set up a review committee, formulated strict selection standards, and invited nationally renowned culinary masters Cui Bocheng and Han Jianmin to visit the site for guidance during the on-site selection stage.
