What is not confused?

"Thirty and standing, forty without confusion, fifty and knowing the destiny..."

In my opinion, this is Confucius's summary and planning of his own life, not a universal summary of the laws of human life.

Look at the behavior of the old bad guys and the bad old people, they are neither confused nor aware of the destiny, isn't that the best proof?

But people regard this statement as a law of life without doubt, is it not confused? Why not be confused?

Li Bai slept in the middle of the night, and suddenly woke up to see the moonlight. At first, I thought that the frost covered the ground, and I couldn't help but look at the moon and think of my hometown. Such a popular poem, many experts and scholars should be ingenious to interpret the "bed" as a well bar, and do not want to think, if the poet did not wake up from sleep, how could he doubt the moonlight as frost? So these experts and scholars who insist on using the "bed" as a "well bar", are they not confused?

What about experts who interpret "hoeing" in "The Farmer" as "sowing seeds"? Not over forty?
