The cultivation technique of this peach is also an intangible cultural heritage of Pudong New Area. This year, Xinnan Village built an agricultural products exhibition center, introduced the "Punong Excellent Fresh" brand to open the first rural flagship store in the region, and built a rural 5G studio. When the peaches are ripe, Xinnan Village will help villagers sell through online celebrity live streaming with goods. At present, Xinnan Village has also built two types of rural talent apartments, entrepreneurship and art, through the introduction of social capital. Among them, the entrepreneurial talent apartment, mainly based on the "Hometown Maker Home" created by the Township Companion Cultural Tourism Group, has a total of 10 buildings, each of which is independent of two floors, the first floor studio, the second floor bedroom, and supporting cafes, canteens and other facilities, which will attract 10 teams to settle in. The art talent apartment, based on the horticultural apartment of the "Seven Days Gardening" training base, the team rented 3 idle peasant homestead houses in the village, and attracted more than 20 horticultural talents to stay after the renovation.
