DLC once again reminded all plant and plant lighting product manufacturers on December 23, 2021, requiring all products updated on the QPL to be V2.1 versions, and complete the upgrade version submission by December 31, 2021. See the application guide for V1.2 to V2.1 upgrade below and the upgrade guide without TM-33. All horticultural plant lighting products must complete the DLC horticultural plant lighting product data upgrade and obtain the related upgrade fee.
Upgrade to version 1.2
All V1.2 listed products (with or without TM-33) upgrading to V2.1 must submit an upgrade request by December 31, 2021. Any V1.2 listed products that have not completed the upgrade will be removed from shelves in January 2022.
No TM-33 data on how to upgrade to v2.1 version
All V2.1 listed products without TM-33 data must submit TM-33 data by April 1, 2022. Otherwise, any listed product without TM-33 data will be removed from shelves in May 2022.
V2.1 submission of new products
Starting in March 2022, all new V2.1 applications will need to submit TM-33 data.
