Japanese media: Continuing his career, Miura Chira is close to joining the fourth division team Suzuka FC

According to Yahoo Japan, nearly 55-year-old veteran Miura Chira is about to join the JFL (Japan's fourth division) Suzuka FC.

Miura is still training with Yokohama FC, where he played just four games off the bench last season and came off the bench against Urawa Red Diamonds, setting a new record for the oldest appearance in the J-League at the age of 54 years and 12 days. He said he would consider a transfer in search of more opportunities to play.

It is reported that for the sake of competitive level and spiritual level, Suzuka FC intends to introduce Miura Chiryo. It is worth mentioning that the director of the team is Miura Yasuhien, the brother of Miura Chiryo.
