According to the financial community, a leading e-commerce and financial technology service provider based on blockchain technology, Future FinTech Group (FTFT.US), today announced the formal establishment of the Future Fintech Blockchain Division, which is responsible for formulating the development plan of the Group's blockchain sector and coordinating and managing the Group's existing blockchain sector business.

Mr. Yan Zhi was appointed as the President of the Blockchain Division, and coordinated the management of the overall work of the Blockchain Division. At present, the main work of the business unit is to prepare, develop and operate the previously announced plans of bitcoin mining farms in the United States and Paraguay, as well as coordinate the crypto asset management and digital currency big data and trading business of the Dubai subsidiary. Mr. Yan has extensive experience in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and was the general manager of CloudChain Network Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in February 2020, and the Chief Technology Officer of the Company from February 2018 to February 2020. Mr. Yan led and developed the company's e-commerce platform based on real-name blockchain technology - Chain Cloud Store Online Mall.

Mr. Xu Jiao was appointed as the Vice President of the Blockchain Business Unit, mainly responsible for the Group's blockchain computing power and meta-universe related businesses, including overseas mine construction, mining machine investment and related cooperation around the computing power business and meta-universe business. Mr. Xu was the COO of the Company in March 2019 and the COO of Chain Future Digital Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, from July 2018 to March 2019.
