Shandong Traffic Technician College won a good result in the automotive industry heavy vehicle maintenance vocational skills competition

On December 28, the 2021 Shandong Province "Skill Xinglu" Vocational Skills Competition for Heavy Vehicle Maintenance In the Automotive Industry was held at Shandong Traffic Technician College. Teachers Du Ruibin and Zhou Aidong of the college won the top two in the staff group; students Sun Yunkai and Wang Benjie won the first and fourth places in the student group. The player who won the first place in the staff group will be awarded the honorary title of "Shandong Provincial Technical Expert".

It is reported that the competition is guided by the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, sponsored by the Shandong Automobile Industry Association, and hosted by the Shandong Traffic Technician College. A total of 20 players from 7 enterprises and colleges in the province competed in the same field. The content of the competition includes three modules: engine electronic control system fault diagnosis and elimination, commercial vehicle electrical fault diagnosis and elimination, engine disassembly and measurement, which mainly examine the players' ability to operate specifications, logical thinking, fault diagnosis and elimination.

In recent years, the institute has been identified as the training base of Shandong Province and the training base of China for the heavy vehicle maintenance and prototype production projects of the 45th and 46th WorldSkills Competitions. The teachers and students of the heavy vehicle maintenance project team have won the first prize of the national and provincial competition staff group 3 times, the first prize of the student group 6 times, the second prize 7 times, and the third prize 4 times; 1 person won the honorary title of national technical expert, and 4 people won the honorary title of shandong provincial technical expert. By participating in this competition, the purpose of promoting learning and training by racing has been realized, and the high-level development of the automobile maintenance (commercial vehicle) profession of the institute has been promoted.
