After the change, the company is wholly owned by Beijing Nebulas Chuangxing Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ByteDance Co., Ltd., with Pico CEO Zhou Hongwei as the legal representative and executive director and manager.
According to previous media reports, on August 29, VR hardware manufacturer Pico released a full letter disclosing that it was acquired by Byte. The change record shows that on September 1, Beijing Nebulas Chuangxing Technology Co., Ltd. was newly added as a shareholder of Qingdao Bird Look.
