Paper-cut works vividly showing the major historical events of the past hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China were exhibited in the Tianfu family duct, attracting many fans to watch. This is a suma paper-cut that originated and spread in the territory of Suoma Town, Cangxi County, Guangyuan City, and in the northern Sichuan region.
Recently, under the careful guidance of the Sichuan Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission and sponsored by the Guangyuan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the exhibition of "A Hundred Years of Magnificent Journey, a Hundred Years of Initial Heart Lasting" was successfully set up and opened to the public in the exhibition hall of the Tianfu Jiafeng Museum.
Li Zipeng and Luo Baolin, non-hereditary inheritors of Soma paper-cutting, spontaneously organized more than 30 paper-cutting enthusiasts to set up a "Red Heart to the Party" paper-cutting team, which lasted more than 3 months to create a number of paper-cut works reflecting the centenary process of the founding of the party.
Luo Baolin introduced that from the early design, finalization to cutting, each link has been repeatedly pondered, and some even changed their drafts several times, the purpose is to present the traditional folk art of paper cutting to everyone with the best performance effect.
"We also actively communicate with the creators repeatedly, carefully polish each work, integrate the great founding spirit and clean culture into it, and strive to make each work political, artistic and educational." Chen Zongde, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangyuan Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and director of the Municipal Supervision Commission, said.
It is reported that the Soma paper-cutting exhibition is divided into 4 exhibition areas with a time axis, with a total of more than 70 works. The opening work "Red Boat Sets Sail" is magnificent and atmospheric; the "Founding Ceremony" takes the dance of all the people and the dense clouds as the background, implying that the founding of New China not only made the whole country rejoice, but also attracted the attention of the world; the majestic force of "fighting tigers and swatting flies" penetrated the back of the paper, reflecting the firm determination of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to comprehensively and strictly administer the party... The vivid paper-cut works vividly display the brilliant achievements of the party in four important historical periods, including the period of the new democratic revolution, the period of socialist revolution and construction, the new period of reform, opening up, socialist modernization, and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and vividly and intuitively relive the glorious course of the COMMUNIST Party of China over the past century from small to large, from weak to strong, from setbacks, and constantly toward victory.
At the same time, in order to allow more audiences to have the opportunity to watch the horse-cut paper and promote the effective dissemination of this special exhibition on a larger scale, Cangxi County has also planned and produced a VR online real-life exhibition hall, which is expected to be online around New Year's Day in 2022.
