In order to promote the high-quality development of water transport on the Han River (Shiyan), the Municipal Waterway Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment asked a third party to write a high-quality development plan for water transport on the Han River (Shiyan), and on December 28, the main leaders of the Municipal Waterway Law Enforcement Detachment convened the heads of relevant departments and young employees of the unit to jointly discuss and write the plan and put forward rationalization suggestions.
Through the PPT display, the construction necessity, status quo and problems, goals and tasks, and suggestions and requests for the high-quality development of water transport in Hanjiang (Shiyan) were introduced. The participants put forward reasonable suggestions from the aspects of the comprehensive transportation spatial layout network, the average passenger and freight volume data of the waterway, the number of port areas along the Han River, the current status rating of the Han River waterway, the navigation facilities of the Shiyan section, the form of pictures, the content and the standardization of the annotation text. Yang Jun, head of the detachment, stressed that in light of the importance of accelerating the high-quality development of water transport on the Han River (Shiyan), it is necessary to smooth shipping channels, upgrade water transport tools, dock rural revitalization, and strengthen water transport management. Based on the actual situation of the Han River (Shiyan) waterway, port, navigation facilities, transportation and ships, the specific data should be detailed and effective.
After the meeting, the Municipal Waterway Law Enforcement Detachment will comprehensively map out the existing waterways, ports, navigation facilities, transportation and the number of ships, form accurate data, and at the same time integrate the green environmental protection concept into the program, and effectively implement the ecological green development strategy. Build a high-grade waterway network of "one stem and many branches" connecting trunk branches and forming a regional network.
