Candy, flour balls, ready-to-eat grain cocoa corn flakes, colored packaging on pastries, baked food fillings and hanging pulp on the surface, Western-style ham, meat enemas, beverages, fruits: jelly, puffed foods, etc.) The amount of use ranges from 0.015g/kg to 0.5g/kg. However, canned fruit is not allowed.
After the problem occurs, our company immediately launched the problem product recall plan. First of all, all the inventory products in this batch are sealed, and the quantity is verified, the recall plan is formulated, and the recall difference and the destination of the unrecognized products are counted.
2, the cause analysis: our company through the food additive distributor recommended the use of a food grade composite additive (the main content of carmine colorant), the laboratory test effect is good, but only did a small number of tests, no mass production, and the company did factory inspection carmine indicators qualified, in line with GB2760 "food safety national standards food additive use standards".
3. Self-inspection results: This batch of products totaled 1100 cans (137.5 boxes): of which were sold to Cr vanguard commercial technology (Shenyang Shenhe) Co., Ltd. Jinma Branch.
